STEP: Active parenting of Teens: Families in Action

Multiple dates available throughout the year.

STEP (Support, Tools, and Education for Parents) is a program designed to support caregivers. Active parenting of Teens: Families in Action is a program that gives families critical tools for the challenging teen years. There are multiple dates available and both dinner and childcare are offered.

STEP: Strengthening Families Program
Adapted for Parents & Caregivers Raising children with Trauma

Multiple dates available throughout the year.

This program is designed to support parents, improve family relationships, and reduce problem behaviors, delinquency and alcohol and drug abuse. There are MULTIPLE dates available and classes are offered both in-person and online, but Jan-Apr dates are cancelled.

STEP: Book Club. What Happened to You?
Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing 

Multiple dates available through September.

Each session includes icebreakers, chapter reflections, trauma-informed parenting approaches, and how the five Protective Factors strengthen families. Video clips and small-group activities enhance main ideas from each chapter.
