Session 1: Taking Charge of Your Health
Saturday, October 3rd 1:00-2:30pm
Learn how to navigate the healthcare system and become an advocate for your own health.
Session 2: Puberty, Relationships, + Sexual Health
Saturday, November 14th 1:00-2:30pm (Girls only)
Get real, age-appropriate information about puberty, healthy relationships, sexual health, hygiene, and more.
Session 3: Substance Use, Healthy Choices, and Refusal Skills
Saturday, December 5th 1:00-2:30pm
Learn about vaping, nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, peer pressure, and how substance use affects physical and mental health.
All sessions will take place in Catalyst at the Tucson Mall. Pre-registration is required.

Do your children need a new backpack and/or school supplies for the upcoming school year? We’re excited to share that our long-time supporters, Tucson Chiefs Kingdom, are having a back-to-school drive in support of More Than a Bed families. Backpacks and supplies will be distributed at this Back-to-School event.
On the day of the event, simply check in at the event table and pick up a voucher good for all the children in your household. Open to More Than a Bed families only. The warehouse is open for regular shopping hours as well.
